SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Shipping Policy

  • At this time, we are only shipping within the U.S.

  • Items are shipped on Tuesday's and Thursday's, as we handle multiple orders. This allows us to ship out multiple orders at once. 

  • Packages usually take 5-7 business days for arrival, however, we understand that some require additional time and delays do happen.

  • If you're needing your purchased item to arrive sooner than the standard turnaround time, please reach out at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Policy

  • Commission Artwork

    • All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please be confident in your purchase. 

    • 50% deposit required and is non-refundable 

  • Non-Commission Artwork

    • Returns have to be placed within 7 business days from the date you received the item.

    • All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    • Exchanges can be made on same items or of same value.
